Carmen Medina
Since the beginning of her career in 2015 in real estate, steady and consistently, our founder Carmen Medina delivered as a top agent while working it, as a part-time job. She decided to move out of the corporate world in 2019 to fully immerse herself in the real estate business, demonstrating her entrepreneurial side @ full throttle since then.
Since her early days in real estate, Carmen joined the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) for which she holds the prestigious designation GRI® (Graduate from the Realtors® Institute). Eager in her interest in going up the ladder of voluntarism and leadership, she became a licensed General Instructor IG302 by the Puerto Rico Department of State’s Examination Board for Real Estate agents, sits on the Board of Trustees for the REALTORS® Institute of Education in Puerto Rico and has been Certified as an Instructor by NAR. Other leadership roles include being the first female President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP®) Puerto Rico chapter in 2022 and, is currently serving in the NAHREP® Southeast Region representing Puerto Rico.

She had served various terms as Board Director and Treasurer for the Bayamon Board of Realtors® and had served as a volunteer for Susan G. Komen’s race for the cure, as an approach to end breast cancer.
